No Instagram Follower is delivered - why?

Please first check if your account is public. Private accounts (which is explicitly mentioned on the order page and has been confirmed by you with order) cannot receive followers. Please notify us by e-mail if you have posted your account to public.

Delivery time: How long will it take for me to get my order?

We will make every effort to carry out your order as soon as possible. We often manage to do this within a few minutes. On my Instagram profile followers are lost

If the automatic refill for your follower order fails, although you are still in the 30-day period, please send us an email with your Instagram profile name by email. We'll take care of the rest.

Unfortunately, after renaming the Instagram profile, no refill can be made, as the unique Instagram name under which the assignment for the refill is made has been changed by you.
