Credit card payment by Fondy always fails
Fondy handles payments by 3D-Security, the world's safest standard for credit card payments. For this, some banks need an additional app.Inform your bank if you need an additional app for 3D-Security. More information can be found on the Payment kinds in our online shop.
No Instagram followers are shipped - why?
Please first check if your account is public. Private accounts (this is expressly mentioned on the order page and has been confirmed by you with order) cannot receive followers. Please notify us by email if you have made your account public.
Delivery Time: How long does it take to get my order?
We endeavour to execute your order as soon as possible. We often succeed within a few minutes. Sometimes it can also take a few hours, as we have to check each order manually and further time passes until we distribute the links and start the accounts with the liken, follow, etc.

Followers are lost on my Instagram profile
This feature of the purchased followers is completely normal. Purchased followers are no substitute for a real audience, i.e. these are only jewelry for your profile. Followersheaven has a 30-day free follower refill for Follower Lose.After the 30-day refill period, the order is fulfilled and no return is possible.
How is the Instagram Follower Refill done?
We will automatically order your follower order from the supplier for 30 days to replenish. This feature is new since 13.12.2019.If the automatic refill for your follower order fails, even though you are still in the 30-day period, please email us with your Instagram profile name. We'll take care of the rest.
I renamed my Instagram profile - can I still get refill?
Unfortunately, after a renaming of the Instagram profile no refill can be made anymore, because the unique Instagram name under which the assignment for the refill is made has been changed by you. If you do not want to accept any follower losses within the 30 day refill period, please do not change your profile name.
Undo: I want to undo my ordered followers/likes?
For technical reasons, it is unfortunately not possible to cancel or cancel an order. We are only intermediaries of the offered services and there is no possibility for us the brokered profilesto move back to sequencing or unlicking.
